1:1 Doula Sessions

I am on a mission to change how we view pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood, and go back to what ancient cultures have always done: to mother the mothers.

Birth and motherhood can be the most empowering experiences if you have the educational and emotional support to back you up. In today’s relentless, fast-paced, production-focused society, the focal point is often on birth as the “main event” and not so much on the time before and after birth.

Many pregnant and postpartum mothers feel it is challenging to press pause and be present during this time, finding time and space to take care of themselves and their own needs. I, too, have experienced this, and I personally know the impact of stress on body and mind. That is why I passionately advocate the importance of maternal wellness- physically and mentally, during pregnancy and postpartum. As your doula, I will guide you through this crucial time by advising on nutrition, creating space for rest, and a holistic foundation for replenishing and healing.


I offer 1:1 sessions (in person or via Zoom), doula support, and therapy. Doula support is very individual, depending on your needs, but can look like any or all of the following:

  • Emotional support and a safe space to talk through pregnancy, birth, postpartum and parenthood

  • Birth options and rights

  • Birth education

  • Birth plan & preferences

  • Birth debriefing

  • Postpartum planning

  • Postpartum support

  • Motherhood support

1:1 Doula Mentoring Sessions

I think that the greatest gift you can give to yourself is time. Taking time to be more fully present. Through 1:1 mentoring, I want to inspire you to get more deeply connected to yourself and the energy within you.

These sessions are typically during or at the end of your maternity leave, or later in your motherhood journey. In these sessions, we create space to identify how you can cultivate your true authenticity and start to put dreams into practice. We do this by getting clear about your most important values and by using tools like human design, breathwork and self-reflection prompts.

These sessions can also revolve around how you navigate motherhood and parenting. We work on finding ways for you to be more authentically present and how you can parent from a more regulated and less reactive state. This work is done with a basis in neuroscience, and we use tools like neurological rewiring through breathwork and calming the nervous system.

Mentoring is very independent of the person, but it can evolve around topics like:

  • Creating a daily practice and routines that support, replenish, and stimulate you and your project

  • Practical dreaming through mindset and creating new work-life structures

  • Cultivating your inner self-autorization and boundaries

  • Working on limiting beliefs by owning our story and looking at triggers

  • Working on trusting your intuition and learning to listen to the “pings.”

  • Cultivating a resilient spirit and letting go of the need to be certain

  • Letting go of shame, numbing, and powerlessness

  • How to keep “relationship hygiene” with the people around you
